 Happy 90th birthday, Doris Day.
Thanks for Pillow Talk, By the Light of the Silvery Moon, Calamity Jane, The Man Who Knew Too Much, Midnight Lace, kitten heels & the best blonde bouffant ever caught on film.

And plus, George Michael mentioned you in two songs. Therefore, you must be very important.

  2. She is my all-time favorite actress, and I especially love her comedies! Move Over, Darling and Please Don't Eat the Daisies are two of my favorite Doris movies. I also really like My Dream is Yours (which was on last night)! TCM is showing her movies all week, so I've been in hog heaven. :-)

    1. I love her too much, too. Her cute little walk and her feminine-yet-exasperated huffs. TMC is so good at featuring bday stars. I wonder what's on tonight!
